April Day 26th

Dear Thirsty Thursdays

I need/want a drink. Ive drank a lot of water today... woke up and did some arm work and yoga moves along with push ups and a ton of sit ups. My abs hurt especially when I dance game like I did tonight. See how good I've been? Dont you think I deserve a nice delicious beer!? Oh you saw the snacks I inhaled when I got home.... well no I don't have a good explanation for that... you saw me eye ball the leftover birthday cake? well yeah but I didn't eat it(yet)! But TT the NFL draft is on and I have some time to WALK(yes walk not drive... win win) to the bar so I can have 1 beer watch some football and intimidate all the boys and girls down at the bar! FINE Ill just shower and drink more water....
Your a jerk TT... a JERK.

April Day 20

Happy April 20th everyone!

I bet you thought I was going to refer to todays ACTUAL "day" right? O.K well fine I will... HAPPY FRIDAY!

Lets see my updates for myself...
Started kicking the diet and weight loss into gear (feeling sorry for yourself is so last year.. or month.. whatever)
Had my friend yell at me Saturday at the bar that I better not fall off the wagon and he WILL NOT LET ME.(thanks chromes!)
Surprised myself by jogging last Saturday for about 20-25 minutes!
Have been eating very awesomely all week and taking better care of myself mentally and physically!
I found out my allergy eyes that have been TERRIBLE were given a clean bill of health and I am not given permission to treat these as I see fit.
I fit amazingly into a size 16 skirt with room when Ive been a size 18 for most of my years.
Im on a site My Fitness Pal ( hi everyone on there!!!!) and have talked to some AMAZING people with amazing stories and amazing inspiration and support. Seriously I WANT to do better and chart it on there so I can get a " good job" or something moving. Tracking my calories, workout and talking to people with similar goals this is honestly great. 
Oh and did I mention its my birthday this Monday?.... Yup.

Jenny has been taking a lot better care of herself too in kicking total ass with the diet ALL week, working out still and running with her friend Katie and making sure not to over drink and get to be as early as possible. Its actually a great thing shes doing AND shes been kicking more ass then she realizes! WAY TO INSPIRE LADY! way to inspire.

This weekend we plan on going to a Brazillian Dance party(hopefully pictures to follow!) and dance our faces off ALL night long.

I know everyone misses my recipes and pictures so Ill make sure to keep this more updated.

April Day 3

Ok so here it goes.
What sucks....  being dumped when you are kicking such ass at working out and being strong about life and its direction.

what doesn't suck... remember your not working out for them AND if you are maybe that was your problem in the first place?

Anyways life is short and not worth spending it with someone who doesn't want to spend it with you OR not worth stuck worrying about things out of you control. So instead lets TAKE control of what we can and laugh as loud as possible at what we cant!

Thanks to my co workers for telling me every day how you can really tell i've lost weight, thanks to Jenny(which yes this is me and her Blog BUT still) for keeping me on track and us being on the same page about most things in our lives, thanks to my family for moral support, my belt for starting big and NOW not fitting and to some new friends giving me some added inspiration motivation AND confidence.

Now... have you heard enough womp womps in this post? Don't get used to it. Apparently once a month I have a heart but now that i've gotten that out of my system be prepared for more delicious meals and chubby girl updates!
